February President’s weekend trip.

You will be responsible for booking you own rooms. They will take a credit card and charge 30%
of the total bill as a hold. We can cancel up to 2 weeks before trip for full refund. (Feb. 1)
We will get 10% off the bill at the end.
Rod booked his 2 Queen room from Friday and checking out Monday and the final bill was $298
with taxes included.
The establishment has 50 rooms total. We have 20 reserved. Most rooms are 2 queen but
they have 1 king and suites that are very reasonable.
We have those rooms on hold until February 1st. Any unused will be release after that date.

There is ample parking.
Drive time from OxYoke is approximately 4 hours and 30 minutes.
